Pacific Justice Institute is a non-profit 501(c)(3) legal defense organization specializing in the defense of religious freedom, parental rights, and other civil liberties. Pacific Justice Institute works diligently, without charge, to provide its clients with all the legal support they need.

“Through our dedicated attorneys and supporters, we defend the rights of countless individuals, families and churches… without charge.”

– Brad Dacus

Our strategy is to coordinate and oversee large numbers of concurrent court actions through a network of hundreds of affiliate attorneys nationwide. And, according to former United States Attorney General Edwin Meese, “The Institute fills a critical need on the West Coast for those whose civil liberties are threatened.”

Who We Can Help

Pacific Justice Institute receives thousands of requests for legal  assistance every year. We defend people from all backgrounds and faiths in and out of court without charge. We are fully funded by our generous supporters, and we work hard to bring the most effective, quality pro bono legal aid to those who cannot defend themselves.

If you need legal assistance or know someone who does, contact us. Here are some stories from our clients

Whether you are an individual, church leader, business leader, teacher, parent, or student, who needs legal aid , we are here to help you defend your religious freedom, parental rights, or other civil liberties. Here are a few stories from our clients.

Eric contacted PJ for free legal help, and we challenged the administration, protected his civil rights and won back his job.
